Today, Muskegon Community College completed the closing process with the Herald Publishing Co. LLC, owners of the former Muskegon Chronicle building, 981 Third St.  MCC is now proud owner of the building along with adjacent parking.

In 2016, MCC students studying Applied Technology, Electronics, Industrial Technology, Renewable Energy, Experiential Learning, and Entrepreneurial Studies will attend classes in the newly renovated facility located in the historic heart of the city.  Moreover, our students will benefit from these facilities, which in turn will benefit the West Michigan economy for decades to come.

The acquisition of a downtown campus location was one of four projects approved by voters in the November 2013 election. On behalf of the Muskegon Community College Board of Trustees, thank you for helping us support our students, faculty, staff, and community.
