More Student Participation Needed!

As you may know, the College is embarking on its most ambitious building improvement project since relocating to our present Marquette and Quarterline site in the late 1960s. You can and should be a part of this exciting process.

Earlier in 2013, the College established a Science Center Committee that is now completing designs for existing and new science space. My sincere thanks to MCC students Eric Howard and Reid Klootwyk for serving with this group.

Committees are also being formed for the Health Center/Gymnasium, the Creative Arts Center and the Downtown Center. These committees are expected to convene a limited number of times and to complete their work by June 2014. A portion of committee work will likely include visiting other campuses and or locations to help us gather better information.

If you are interested in assisting with this milestone project, please contact Cindy Deboef in my office at (231) 777-0303 or via email at cindy.deboef@muskegoncc.edu.

Enjoy the holidays!
